M.E.N. Offers New Hope to STOP abuse.
M.E.N. support groups are small and informal, conveniently scheduled, non-confrontational and non-judgmental.  Our sole purpose is to discuss the techniques and resources you need to make a new beginning.

  • You will learn how to recognize your anger and stop abusive behaviors instead of allowing your anger to control you.
  •  You will learn how to recognize and separate yourself from situations that can lead to abusive behaviors.
  • You will learn how to talk out problems and conflicts by improving your communication skills.
  • You will learn how to feel better about yourself and connect with other men committed to changing their lives.
  • You will learn how to regain the trust of family members subjected to your abusive behavior.

  Always ready to listen,
to offer effective alternatives to violence...
in complete confidence.
Stopping abusive behavior leads to harmony and happiness.
